Accordingly, on the basis of considering the proposal of the Ministry of Science and Technology in the dispatch dated 23.11.2015 on developing policies to encourage the establishment of venture capital funds develop new technologies, high-tech , the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Science and technology, in collaboration with the ministries of Finance, Justice, Planning and investment review and assess the establishment and operation of securities investment funds field of development of new technologies, high-tech as well as existing regulations encourage the establishment of securities investment funds in the field of new technology development, high-tech.
